Is there a minimum order size?

The minimum order is 40 rolls per school. Orders under 40 rolls can be honoured, however there may be surcharges. Please contact us to discuss.

What is the deadline for ordering?

Orders must be received by 12noon the day prior to delivery.

Are there any restrictions on orders?

An even number of each type of sushi handroll flavour is required. The minimum order per school is 40 rolls (total sushi handrolls and/or rice paper rolls).

When is the sushi delivered?

Sushi is delivered between 9am – 12noon unless otherwise arranged. Sushi@school provides confirmation of the order once it has been received.

What if there is a problem with the order?

Errors are extremely rare but we will work to rectify any issue that may arise if time allows. To this end, customers are asked to check the delivery receipt against the original order and advise any discrepancy immediately.

Where does Sushi@School deliver?

We deliver daily to most Melbourne metro suburbs. Contact us to see if your school can be accommodated.

Can we have sushi delivered on a weekend?

Yes we deliver at the weekend  – additional charges apply. Please contact us to discuss.

How fresh is the sushi?

All our rolls are made fresh in the morning in our hygienically clean kitchen and delivered via temperature-controlled vehicles.

How should the sushi be stored?

Sushi handrolls should be stored in a refrigerated environment (below 5 degrees), but can be taken out for a short time prior to serving for best quality.

How long will the sushi last?

Sushi handrolls, when refrigerated, will keep for 36 hours from manufacture time (see label on packaging). Our sushi rice ph is carefully monitored each day, which enables it to be stored at up to 15 degrees for a maximum of 12 hours (but should be discarded after this time).

What should we do with leftovers?

Unused product should be covered in air tight plastic wrap or placed in air tight sealed containers in refrigeration to avoid any chance of spoilage. We recommend our sushi products are best eaten fresh for lunch on the day of delivery and not kept.
