Orders must be received by 12noon the day prior to delivery.
Sushi is delivered between 9am – 12noon unless otherwise arranged.
Sushi@School provides confirmation of the order once it has been received – early lunches can be accommodated. Please contact us to discuss.
Errors are rare, but we will work to rectify any issue that may arise if time allows.
To this end, customers are asked to check the delivery receipt (supplied by the driver) against the original order and advise any discrepancy immediately.

All our rolls are made fresh on the morning of delivery and delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles. Sushi is a fresh food product specifically made for school consumption at lunchtime.
Schools are amazed that our sushi does not need to be refrigerated.
Sushi Fact: Fresh sushi can be kept in temperatures up to 15 Degrees Celsius up to 12 hours – however, it should be discarded after this time.

- Only cooked fillings are used is our sushi and rice paper rolls
- Sushi rice is acidified and the ph is carefully monitored each day
- Our rolls are prepared to meticulous standards of food safety and hygiene in our specialised commercial kitchens
