Caulfield Primary Term 4 Sushi Subscription 2019

Term 4 sushi subscription begins on
Thursday 10th October 2019
and will continue every Thursday for 11 weeks until Thursday 19th December.

Your child’s lunch will be delivered to the school each week, pre-packed
and individually labeled with your child’s name, class and order details.

All rolls cost $2.60 each (including soy sauce).
Over the 11 week term this means you will be paying:
$28.60 for a 1 roll lunch
$57.20 for two rolls or a Rice Paper Roll twin pack
$85.80 for three rolls.

Please note that Rice Paper Rolls are only available in twin packs (two of the same roll).

45c from each roll will be donated to the school*.

Remember, you MUST place your order by
9pm on Friday 20th September.

IMPORTANT:
Late orders cannot be accepted.
Orders cannot be changed after payment has been made.
Please choose carefully – there are no refunds.
You will receive email confirmation of your Order and Payment once your order is placed.
Any problem with payment will incur a $20 administration fee.
This sushi order is for the whole term.
